5. Advertising, Measurement, and Meta Integration
We use advertising and analytics tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") — including the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, improve our marketing, and deliver more relevant ads.
In connection with these tools, we may share certain information with Meta, including:
- Event data about interactions with the Platform (such as page views, registrations, inquiries, and form submissions).
- Contact identifiers such as your email address and phone number, which are converted into a hashed (irreversible) format using SHA-256 before transmission. We do not send your raw email address or phone number to Meta through these tools.
Meta uses this information to measure and attribute the performance of our advertising campaigns, optimize ad delivery, and create custom audiences and similar ("lookalike") audiences so we can reach people with comparable interests.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent for this advertising-related data sharing. You may withdraw your consent or opt out at any time (see Section 9). Meta processes this data in accordance with its own data policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
6. Data Protection
We implement the following measures to protect your information:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
- Access controls to restrict unauthorized access.
- Regular security assessments and system updates.
Despite our efforts, no security system is completely foolproof. Users are encouraged to maintain strong passwords and update them regularly. In the event of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities, where required by law, without undue delay.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Account data: for as long as your account is active. If you close your account without requesting deletion, we may retain account data for up to [12] months. If you submit a deletion request under Section 9, we delete your account data promptly, except for records we are required to keep by law (see below).
- Transaction and financial records: for up to [7] years where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
- Analytics and usage logs: for up to [24] months.
- Advertising event data shared with Meta: retained by Meta under its own policies; on our systems, related logs are retained for up to [12] months.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. International Data Transfers
Amaken is established in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Some of our service providers — including our cloud hosting infrastructure — process and store data on servers located outside Jordan, including in the European Union. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with applicable law, including the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law.
9. User Rights
As a user of Amaken, you have the following rights:
- Access: request access to the personal information we hold about you.

4. Once you confirm, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
(b) By request:
If you cannot access your account — including if you registered using Facebook Login — you can request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, or by including enough detail for us to identify your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records for financial compliance. We will delete or anonymize all other personal data associated with your account.

10. Agency Data and CRM
Where you use Amaken as a real estate agent or agency, you may input personal data relating to your own clients, leads, and contacts ("Agency Contacts") into the Platform. In relation to that data:
- The agency is the data controller and is responsible for collecting Agency Contact data lawfully and for obtaining any consent required from those contacts, including for any advertising-related use (such as custom audience creation or conversion measurement) carried out through the Platform.
- Amaken acts as a data processor, handling that data on the agency's behalf and in accordance with our agreement with the agency.
- Agencies are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to share Agency Contact data with Amaken and, through Amaken's tools, with Meta.
11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to:
